		<description>Having a selection of buyers is always a good thing in a deregulated market as it allows you to shop for the best deal. There was a time when our utilities were owned by the state but were then sold off as they figured the competition would force the price down. Unfortunately the price went up first and we are still paying more for it than when it was regulated.
