Network marketing is a great model, but it isnt for everyone in the world. If you think about it though, it is the most fair, assuming the comp plan is fair (and CCM has the most “fair” comp plan I have ran across. What I mean by that, is most companeis don’t pay you anything until you build up a large number of pople layers deep, but at CCM they pay the lionsshare of the money to the person who brings the busienss, and the the remainder gets split up between upline, normally, someone splits between the downline. Therefore it is the reason we tend to have far more people making money and stay in our business. and the best wayt o state this is we are a DIRECT SALES company with a MLM override system. thus you don’t have to recruit a single person to make good money, you just need a lot of customers and we have peopel that do this. but it takes time and effort. Too many people who get in think it is magic, and that is how many presenters of most companies make it look too.

Anyway, why network marketing is a more fair model:

YOu get paid for What you do, the amount of work. Not tenure, not favoritism, etc..
plus you get paid on what othe rpeople to do, and you can catch good breaks if you hapen to have the right people in your group as an added bonus, however, don’t rely on this.

It allows you to leverage.
But, remember, most people are simply used to the idea still of trading time for money where diffrent skill sets in the market which are in higher demand simply pay more money per hour. or year , but you can’t grow that much typically. In MLM anyone can pass anyone else the more effort they put in, with the one exception is if the guy above you reached the top level achieved, than you are techinically not going to pass them, but you can get to that same level still.
There is one thing that detrmines the likelihook of possible success in network marketing. Timing, that can not be bought. You want to be in early always, but not too early. IE. too early means you are the first person in, first 5 months. 99% of companies don’t make it past the first year, 99% of those don’t make it past the 2nd year. once you pass your 3rd year, those are the companies that last. CCM is going to be 4 years old and have only 3000ish brokers in the entire company, and never had a day of debt, and has always been in profit. I have been involved since Mar 2009, and CCM was only around for 7 months, 8 months before that and the comp plan was already about the only one I liked in the industry, they have always kept everything, and only added to it. The guys there truly care about its brokers because they know we are what makes them grow. They recognize and appreciate this, and work to help you and are still small enough where they can help you and get to know you. 10 years from ow whenwe have 200,000 people they can’t possibly meet everyone and get to know them.
